For more than 14 years I have been practicing bodywork with the aim of restoring my clients' movements and helping reduce and resolve pain. I have completed well over 1500 classroom hours of massage and manual therapy training, and have taught anatomy, physiology, and massage-based courses in three different states. I bring a student's mind and an instructor's wisdom to my practice that serves to create an atmosphere that encourages growth, understanding and empowerment.
